run with all the marketing activities of the organization. The job
profile is as stated below:

- Assisting and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities.
- Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature.
- Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications
- Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
- Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.
- Writing articles and promotional material for the company.
- Preparing interesting written copy for the website.
- Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites.
- Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases.
- Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials.
- Coordinate customers open days marketing campaigns,Sales Promotions and Marketing planning analysis.
- Assist in monitoring the market for developments of significance
- Perform market, competitor and internal research as agreed with the manager
- Upload articles to website, add the necessary links
- Distribute e-news to contacts and staff.
- Work with the Manager to agree content and check accuracy of the internal newsletter, before distributing to staff
- Keep the intranet up to date, adding images, news and documents as required
- Monitor website activity and report back as required
- Draft copy for the website, liaise with web hosting company to ensure changes are
- made in an accurate and timely manner

Qualifications for Marketing Jobs in Kenya
- Expertise Minimum requirement
- Academic qualification/s Degree in Business Management (Marketing)/any relevant qualification.
- Relevant professional qualification Diploma in sales and marketing
- Good working knowledge of A busy medium or large organisation
- Relevant experience 1 years’ experience
- General computer skills MS office applications, Adobe InDesign and Adobe PhotoShop
- Specialised software training Sales Management (Added Advantage)
