SRC 7 (ONE POSITION)
Job Summary
The Secretary will be responsible to the Deputy Director Human Resource and Administration. The job holder will provide Secretarial services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drafting letters, memos and reports as required.
- Ensuring security of office equipment, documents and records.
- Assist management with accomplishment of routine tasks.
- Receiving, recording, referencing and dispatching mail.
- Handling telephone calls, diary and appointments.
- Handling office duties.
- Attending to visitors while observing protocol and good public relations.
- Preparing and responding to office correspondence.
- Handling confidential documents.
- Maintaining office diary, scheduling appointment and managing travel itineraries.
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in the office at all time.
- Prepare periodic reports on stationery usage and other office utilities
- Prompting on urgent matters, deadlines, commitments and action taken.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven work experience of at least six (6) years in Secretarial services.
- Bachelor’s Degree in either Secretarial Studies or Bachelor of Business and Office Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
- Certificate in computer applications.
- Demonstrate professional competence in management of secretarial services.
