Job Summary
Answer phones to respond to general customer inquiries and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction. Make both inbound and outbound calls.
Customer Service Job Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
- Open and update job cards into the system and update customers on the same.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
- Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Carry out happy calls
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls and keep track on the same
- Recommend process improvements.
- Collect data for use NPS (Network Promoter Score) analysis Other duties as assigned.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills and ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to work quickly and under pressure
- Foreign language skills a bonus
- Professional attitude and persona.
