Job Summary
Answer phones to respond to general customer inquiries and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction. Make both inbound and outbound calls.

Customer Service Job Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
  • Open and update job cards into the system and update customers on the same.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
  • Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Carry out happy calls
  • Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls and keep track on the same
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Collect data for use NPS (Network Promoter Score) analysis Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications For Customer Service Jobs In Kenya
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good teamwork skills and ability to work unsupervised.
  • Ability to work quickly and under pressure
  • Foreign language skills a bonus
  • Professional attitude and persona.
