Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the job holder will be responsible for all front office operations.
Customer Service Officer Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries/ complaints received through personal visits, telephone, email and any other media.
- Implement recommendations of the customer satisfaction surveys conducted by the Fund
- Prepare quarterly reports on customer complaints resolution using guidelines provided by the Commission on Administrative Justice
- Oversee front office services
- Any other duty as directed by the Chief Executive Officer
- A Degree in Customer Service/ public relations (preferable)
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position
- Proficient in computer application
- Must be able to exhibit good interpersonal skills
