Customer Service Officer – 6 Months renewable Contract( 1 position)

Job Information

Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the job holder will be responsible for all front office operations.

Customer Service Officer Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries/ complaints received through personal visits, telephone, email and any other media.
  • Implement recommendations of the customer satisfaction surveys conducted by the Fund
  • Prepare quarterly reports on customer complaints resolution using guidelines provided by the Commission on Administrative Justice
  • Oversee front office services
  • Any other duty as directed by the Chief Executive Officer
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience for Customer Service Officer Jobs in Kenya
  • A Degree in Customer Service/ public relations (preferable)
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in computer application
  • Must be able to exhibit good interpersonal skills
