Our client is one of the leading producers of FMCG. They produce quality branded tomato sauce, chilli sauce, fruit jam, fruit juice and bottled mineral water. It has an over 30 year’s reputation whose products have been well received locally and internationally within the COMESA markets. They are looking for sales executives to join their team.

Job Description

• The Sales Executive will report to the head of Sales and be responsible for developing new client opportunities across an array of business service solutions from document management to accounts payable, billing and payment .
• Develop and close new client relationships by identifying and selling to the business needs of prospects in the company’s target markets;
• Once business has been closed, work with the Implementations team to ensure appropriate client hand off and on an ongoing basis, work with the Account Manager to support ongoing lateral development opportunities.
• Develop and deliver proposals working with the Senior Management team for specific engagements.
• Introduce clients to new products that match their business needs.
• Have an understanding of the FMCG markets in which the company and its customers compete and the forces that affect a customer’s profitability and revenue stream.
• Meet sales budget requirements.
• Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

Qualifications For Sales Executives Jobs In Kenya

• Diploma in sales and marketing(from an established college)
• Minimum of 3 years in FMCG sales(strictly)
• Must be a competent driver, must be ready to work in any part of the country
• Self-driven
• Significant experience in selling to small and medium sized businesses.
• Proven ability to develop and build a large territory and prioritize time.
• PC proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
