We are seeking to recruit performance driven professionals for the following positions:-
Technical Sales Engineer

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage the Market Segment in the region in order to ensure effective development & profitable growth
  • Offer technical support & related services and attend to all customer related issues in region ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Obtain competitor information and carry out quarterly price comparisons making recommendations to secure and grow the business
  • Conduct Consumer trainings once per year in the region targeting all consumers
  • Carry out one market survey (or update) per quarter targeting main consumers in the region
  • Ensure strict adherence to credit policy by all consumers
  • Ensure HSEQ policy implementation and compliance at customer locations.

Requirements

To execute the role competently, the job holder will require the following minimum qualifications:-
  • A Bachelors Degree in Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
  • Proven exposure in Sales and Marketing environment
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, organizational and public relations skills
  • Ability to prioritize, autonomy, organization skills, strict approach & customer-oriented mindset
  • Creative thinker and ability to lead a team
  • Valid Driving License as the role will involve 80% Field travel.

Territory Manager

Key Accountabilities

  • Proposing, coordinating, developing and supervising the policies of the Network section with respect to: SFS (shop, food service), car wash, lube bay, 3rdparties activities – ATM’s, Chemists etc, planning and promotional activities and trainings
  •  Quality: Top Service and Eco Services – conducting regular on-spot trainings for station staff
  • Hygiene/Environment/Safety of property and of persons
  • Maintenance: In interface with the Maintenance Engineers, ensuring that the Dealer/Station Managers observe the maintenance contract terms
  • Cards activity: Securing transactions in service stations, retaining and developing the portfolio clients
  • Proposing and negotiating the economic aspects of the Marketing License Agreements (MLAs) for assigned territory on renewal or for annual re-negotiation (working capital required, operating account forecast, rents)
  • Controlling and foreseeing the financial risks by making a monthly check on the Dealers financial health (financial situation) and analyzing the economic and commercial performance levels (actual operating account, Profit & Loss)
  • Proposing and implementing the action plans required for optimizing results: - Sales, Top Service, Rents etc
  • Proposing and implementing the continuing training plan for all station staff
  • Preparing and proposing a promotion policy for Young Dealers
  • Conducting regular competition survey: identifying possible aspects, analyzing the competition and contributing to the development policy defined for the assigned territory
  • Conducting weekly record audits for COCO and Young Dealer stations
  • Carrying out monthly stock movement for FDs and DODOs
  • Monthly Young Dealer management controls.

Requirements

To execute the role competently, the job holder will require the following minimum qualifications:-

HEALTH SAFETY SECURITY ENVIRONMENT & QUALITY (HSSEQ) ENGINEER/SPECIALIST

Key Accountabilities

  • Implementation and management of the organizations HSSEQ Management Systems in line with ISO and other recognized international standards
  • Facilitation of general compliance to company HSSEQ policies and procedures at company installations
  • Execution of HSSEQ risk assessments, inspections and audits at company installations and work sites
  • Facilitation of compliance to HSSEQ related legal requirements at company installations.
  • Accident and incident investigation and reporting
  • Management of reported near misses and anomalies including analysis, investigation and reporting
  • Investigation of HSSEQ related customer complaints
  • Follow up on implementation of corrective and preventive actions arising from accident and incident investigations, near miss and anomaly reports, HSSEQ related customer complaints, HSSEQ internal and external audits and plant inspections
  •     HSSEQ induction and training
  •     Provision of HSSEQ Technical support at company installations
  •     Analysis of HSSEQ performance indicators and reporting
  •     Emergency response planning and review

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Environmental Sciences from a recognized University (Masters or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health will be an added advantage)
  • Minimum 1-5 years work experience in HSSEQ or Engineering Projects and Maintenance or Petroleum Installation management
  • Good analytical, presentation, report writing and communication skills
  • Good inter-personal skills, team player with ability to work under pressure
