Vihiga County Public Service Board is seeking to recruit dynamic and innovative persons to fill the position of :
Enforcements Officers – Job Group G – 50 Positions
Terms of engagement: Permanent and Pensionable
Duties and responsibilities
i. Manning County gates, entrances to the buildings, and staff houses;
ii. Patrolling the perimeter fence and wards;
iii. Preventing abscondment of patients;
iv. Guarding of sites and estates;
v. Adequate screening of visitors to the sites and
vi. Safeguarding county property.
Requirements for appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:
i. Minimum qualification of KCSE certificate
ii. Paramilitary course is an added advantage
iii. Shown competence and capacity in work performance
iv. Satisfy requirement of chapter six of Kenyan Constitution
For a candidate to meet the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution of Kenya one MUST have the following:
i. Certificate of Good Conduct from Criminal Investigation Department
ii. Clearance certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board
iii. Tax Compliance certificate from KRA
iv. Certificate from Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission
v. Clearance from any Credit Reference Bureau
