 Our client, a well – established Construction Company that provides water solutions is seeking to hire a Human Resource & Administrator Manager.

The successful candidates MUST have relevant experience in a construction company.

Key Responsibilities:
  •     Perform PA duties to the Director.
  •     Manage the Directors diary.
  •     Handle client relations in the organisation.
  •     Develop and ensure compensation and benefits are in line with the company policies.
  •     Solve employee conflicts and improve HR administration.
  •     Undertake salary reviews and on issues regarding pay.
  •     Advising management on career development, work matters and other matters.
  •     Provide advice and assistance to supervisors and staff.
  •     Maintain leave schedules and calendars.
  •     Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
  •     Any other related tasks as may be required at any time.


Qualifications:


  •     Must have a bachelor’s degree in human resource.
  •     Must have 10 years’ experience.
  •     Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  •     Conversant with Kenyan Law practices.
  •     Good verbal and written skills.
  •     Accountable and responsible.
  •     Computer literate.

Monthly Gross Salary: KShs. 100,000 /= (Approx. 1,111 USD) depending on experience
