We are an international NGO with a strong footprint in Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, and Tanzania: In these countries our 3,000+ strong staff serves over 200,000 smallholding farmers and helps them to grow their way out of hunger and poverty.
We currently have a vacancy in the Field Operations Department that we invite you to apply for. As an Execution Audits Officer, you will be responsible for making calls to farmers on a weekly basis, effectively entering the data you collect in your database each week, and communicating feedback and challenges farmers are facing in the field that you hear during your calls.
Your Role
- Audit Calls
- Complete target of ~200 calls per week
- Use a randomized control list of clients to guide calls
- Data Entry
- Correctly enter the data from each survey call in the database
- Turn in your database and target tools each week
- Field Feedback
- Communicate common challenges farmers are facing in the field to manager
Other:
- Assist in additional duties on the Field Team as needed, specifically with Input Delivery
- Submit the appropriate documents in advance of the weekly check-in
- Minimum qualification of C plain in KCSE
- Computer literacy and good typing skills of average 30 WPM.
- Good spoken and written English; proficient in Luo or Luhya
- Strong work ethics with good attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Commitment to helping your community
- Ability to prioritize tasks and juggle multiple responsibilities
- Strong personal organization and a positive attitude
