Our client in the hospitality industry who owns chains of five star hotels both locally and internationally is looking to hire the following suitably qualified candidates.
Bellman (men) Salary 40,000ksh.
Duties.
- Welcoming the guest to the hotel by greeting them in a friendly manner.
- Assisting incoming guest with the luggage to their room.
- Loading and unloading luggage from the vehicle for the incoming and outgoing guest.
- Assisting guest by attempting to honor special request for special accommodations and presents options when those request cannot be meet.
- Receiving and replying mails to the guests as per request.
- Escorting guest to their room.
- Assisting the guest to the limousine and bid farewell.
- Making sure the operation runs smooth and all the valet personnel are in place and ready to assist the guest.
- Giving right information about the bus schedule and other services that we offer in the hotel transportation.
Requirements.
- Must be ready to travel in and out of the country for exchange programe,learning experiences,crosss training and orientation.
- Must have diploma or certificates in hospitality.
- Must be between ages 25-35 years.
