Description
Finance Director required for an International company based in Nairobi. The position will involve travel to other East African countries.
Details
They will manage all regional financial operations for the organisation and manage a large finance team of 20+ employees.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for the Finance accounting and reporting to the CFO. Management of the company’s regional staff. Payroll preparation and administration. Budget & Project Management accounting. Information technology. Risk Management.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant with 8+ years’ experience with mid-large size international organisation.
- Sage Accounting essential with strong MS Excel and Word.
- Ideal candidate will have experience with support and logistics sectors.
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience.
- Excellent communicator to all levels of employees.
Ksh. 900,000 - 1,350,000/= (Approx. 10,000 - 15,000 USD) depending on experience
