Description

A well-established Below -The- Line (BTL) Marketing Agency is looking for a Project Manager to set up and run events and projects with hands on approach.

Details

Key Responsibilities:

•     Generate a project work plan for each job from brief to conclusion.
•     Budget development and management for projects.
•     Conducting client field visits.
•     Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and stake holders.
•     Maintaining in good order vehicle fleet, stages, equipment within project.
•     Ensure all projects run in accordance with client briefs and to the highest standards.
•     Constant liaison with client service regarding information and all operational issues.
•     Accountable and responsible for control of operations budget.
•     Compiling reports in a timely manner.

Qualification:

•     Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline.
•     Must have 5 years’ project management experience within BTL advertising agency.
•     Strong analytical and computer skills.
•     Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal.
•     Strong time management and organizational skills.
•     Ability to exercise independent judgment to determine issue and resolution.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 80,000 - 100,000/= (Approx. 888 - 1,111 USD) depending on experience & qualification
