Our Client is one of the largest Manufacturers of motorcycles in Nairobi. They seek to hire a parts warehouse officer to coordinate and plan the parts warehouse, receiving, storage and issuing of parts while adhering to the warehouse standards and health and safety regulations.

 

Warehouse Officer Key responsibilities

• Manage and Control the Warehouse Storage location.
• Receiving and storing parts in to the warehouse
• Organize dealer orders by preparing  Invoices and issuing parts to dealers and other customers
• Check on stock levels of parts
• Carry out stock take
• Oversee the off loading of parts and loading of dealer orders
• Timely and accurate preparation of Dealer/Customer orders
• Ensure neatness and order in the parts warehouse

Skills and qualifications required for the Warehouse Officer Kenyan Job

• Age; 25  years and above
• Computer literacy is a MUST
• Knowledge of Parts Business
• High integrity
• Should have good organizational skills.
• Minimum of a diploma in stock control and inventory and overall knowledge of parts business.
• 3-4 years experience working in the automobile industry
