Chief Pilot: An airline transport license, three years experience as PIC in commercial air transport operations, a commercial license with instrument rating and at least 3 years working experience in a similar position.

Deputy Chief Pilot: An airline transport license, three years experience as PIC in commercial air and at least 1 year experience in a similar position.

Parts Manager: Degree in business related studies and at least 3 years work experience ina similar position.

Captain CRJ: Must have a valid ATPL, minimum 4000 hours total time, current instrument rating, 1500 hours minimum on high performance aircraft (Turbo prop)

First Officers CRJ: Must have CPL/IR, 2000 hours total time, 750 hours total time as PIC and 300 hours time on type and in similar type of operations.

Captains: Must have a valid TPL, current instrument rating, gas turbine engine experience, 4000 hours total time, 500 hrs on type.

First Officers (DHC-8), Must have a valid CPL, gas turbine engine experience, 1500 hours total time, 250 hours on type, a valid type rating on the aircraft type/s and total PIC minimum 500 hours.

Captains- Caravan: Must have a valid CPL, 1500 hours total time, 500 hours on type and a valid type rating on the aircraft type.

First Officers: Must have a valid CPL, 300 hours total time and a valid type rating on the aircraft type.
